Encode
Per-title encoding ladders for H.264, HEVC and AV1, each rung set by a measured VMAF target. A regression harness shows that quality held after a codec or preset change.

Packaging for HLS and DASH. DRM licences come from a network of multi-DRM providers together with self-hosted licence servers, under one policy model with every decision logged.

Each session's CDN is chosen from live measurements. Traffic fails over when a provider degrades mid-event, within the commit levels in your contracts.
Delivery SteeringPlay and measure
Player integration, and playback telemetry reported at percentiles: startup time, rebuffer rate and bitrate distribution by CDN, device, player build and territory.
