Products
Streaming and platform products, delivered with the engineering to run them.
Piracy Insights Platform
Distribution intelligence for rights holders and their advisers.
Measurement of how content moves across unlicensed distribution networks, delivered as anonymised aggregate telemetry. Access is provisioned by organisation type.
Stream Ladder
Per-title encoding ladder design and validation
We build an encoding ladder for each title from measured objective quality. Every rung is justified by a VMAF target and a device capability matrix. A regression harness comes with it, so when you change a codec or preset you can show that quality held.
- Per-title ladder construction against VMAF targets
- Codec comparison across H.264, HEVC, and AV1
- Device and decoder capability matrices
- Bitrate spend modelling per title and territory
- Encode regression harness for preset changes
- Packaging validation for HLS and DASH
- Coverage
- H.264, HEVC, AV1
- Refresh
- Per encode
- Delivery
- Pipeline integration, reports
Playback Signal
Quality of experience telemetry from the player out
Client-side playback telemetry aggregated into startup time, rebuffer rate, and bitrate distribution, broken down by CDN, device, player build, and territory. When playback gets worse you can trace it to a cause in one pass, without days of argument between vendors. Everything is reported at percentiles, because averages hide the sessions that went badly.
- Startup time and rebuffer rate at percentile
- Failure attribution by CDN, device, and player build
- Bitrate distribution and downshift analysis
- Release-over-release regression comparison
- Alerting on percentile movement
- Raw event export to your own warehouse
- Coverage
- Web, mobile, connected TV
- Refresh
- Real-time streaming
- Delivery
- Dashboard, API, warehouse share
Delivery Steering
Multi-CDN selection and failover
Each session's CDN is chosen from live measurements, and traffic fails over automatically when a provider degrades mid-event. The commit levels in your contracts constrain every decision, so traffic moves for performance while staying within the deals you have signed.
- Per-session CDN selection on live measurement
- Automatic failover on error and latency thresholds
- Commit-level and cost-aware traffic shaping
- Synthetic and real-user measurement blended
- Per-provider availability and penalty reporting
- Origin shield and cache-hit ratio tuning
- Coverage
- Any HTTP CDN

- Continuous
- Delivery
- Steering service, API
Licence Gateway
DRM licences under one policy model
DRM licences are issued from a single policy model, through a network of multi-DRM providers together with self-hosted licence servers, so entitlement checks, concurrency limits, and output protection stay consistent across browsers and devices. Every licence decision is logged in full, which means an access dispute can be reconstructed afterwards.
- Widevine licences from one policy
- Entitlement and concurrency enforcement
- Output protection and HDCP policy per tier
- Key rotation and rolling licence windows
- Full licence decision audit log
- Offline playback with persistent licences
- Coverage
- Widevine
- Refresh
- Per licence request
- Delivery
- Hosted service, or self-hosted
Live Edge
Low-latency live with event-grade redundancy
Glass-to-glass live delivery with the latency budget accounted for segment by segment, and the redundancy a fixed-time event needs: two encode paths with hot failover. It is built for broadcasts that cannot pause while someone finds a fault.
- LL-HLS and DASH low-latency profiles
- Segment-level latency budget accounting
- Dual-path encode with hot failover
- Ad-break signalling and SCTE-35 handling
- Event rehearsal and load qualification
- Live-to-VOD clipping and archive
- Coverage
- Multi-region
- Refresh
- Live
- Delivery
- Managed event, or your infrastructure
Title Performance Index
Cross-platform viewership benchmarking
Normalised performance data for film and episodic content across streaming, broadcast, and transactional windows. Each title is scored against a cohort of comparable releases matched on territory, genre, budget band, and release pattern, so the result shows whether it over- or under-performed. Catalogue decay is modelled out to 36 months for library valuation work.
- Territory-level completion and drop-off curves
- Comparable-title cohorts with confidence bands
- Catalogue decay modelling to 36 months
- Day-and-date versus staggered release comparison
- Genre and budget-band normalisation
- Revision history on every restatement
- Coverage
- 61 territories
- Refresh
- Weekly
- Delivery
- API, S3, warehouse share
Windowing Advisor
Release sequencing and licensing yield
Models the revenue impact of release-window structures across theatrical, premium transactional, subscription, and free-to-air. It is built for distribution and licensing teams negotiating multi-territory deals, and shows what shortening or collapsing a window does to downstream yield before the term sheet is signed.
- Window-length elasticity by territory
- Licensing yield forecasts per platform tier
- Cannibalisation modelling across windows
- Output-deal versus title-by-title comparison
- Scenario branching with saved assumptions
- Negotiation-ready export packs
- Coverage
- 38 territories
- Refresh
- Monthly
- Delivery
- Web application, export
